I apologize for the lack of posting lately but things have been hectic and may also be the same way for the next week. I did have to jump in though to add my Plug Of The Week. I know it's not as much fun as Fat Guy Friday on http://www.idiotsonsports.com/ but I like to think this helps attract attention to something maybe someone has not looked at yet. This week's entry is from someone I have something in common with and have known for well over a year, Mr. A.E.M. and his site http://www.the5thcorner.com/.
I first met him during Axe's On The Block weekly podcasts/chat room he did for http://www.syracuse.com/ last year before he got his current job with WNSS ESPN Radio 1260. We would both go in just about every week and discuss not only Orange sports but the fact that he is a North Carolina native in Syracuse while I am a Syracuse native residing in North Carolina. For those that don't know AEM, he does have some appreciation for Syracuse sports and even had his own Orange blog for a short time until he realized he did not have the time to devote to both. You can also find him bantering amongst many of us on Twitter using the name A_E_M. I highly recommend his blog, especially if you enjoy Tar Heel sports since he will update you with his "Heels In The League" column or one of his morning or evening links columns.
So check out and support current Syracuse resident's work on http://www.the5thcorner.com/ and tell him Orange Chuck sent ya. Oh and don't be afraid to be proud of the Orange just because his Heels won the NCAA national championship in basketball this past season, Syracuse has back to back lacrosse titles and that my friends is something to be enjoy.
